Keys that send very high volume from datacenter or hosting IPs are paused automatically, because that is what resold and scraped keys look like. If you run a real site, verify the domain you serve subtitles on: a paused key is reinstated right away, and a verified key is never paused for this again. You can verify before your key is ever paused.
