Understanding how our transparent pricing works.
Our Billing Model
Wyzie Subs has two ways to pay. Pay-as-you-go: buy a Pro key once, then top up any time you run out. Or subscribe monthly ($32/mo for 6,000,000 requests, about 200,000/day) for the cheapest per-request rate. Optional auto top-up keeps pay-as-you-go uninterrupted, but it only fires when you turn it on and stays bounded by a monthly spend cap you control. Pay-as-you-go goes through Stripe (credit/debit) or NOWPayments (BTC, ETH, LTC, and others); subscriptions are Stripe card only.

What Counts as a Request
Every API call draws from your prepaid balance (Pro) or daily allowance (Free). Here is exactly what each call costs.
- Subtitle search or download 1 request
Each call counts as one request, whether or not it returns a match.
- AI subtitle translation (/translate) 100 requests
Available on Pro and dev keys only. One translation machine-translates the entire subtitle file, so it is billed at 100x a standard request.
Free keys are capped at 1,000 requests per day (resets midnight UTC). Pro keys draw from your prepaid balance with no daily cap.
Top-Up Pricing
Base price is $0.06 per 5,000 requests. Bulk orders get a tiered discount that grows with order size, up to 35% off applied to the whole order.

Any multiple of 5,000 between 5K and 100M is allowed. The top-up picker shows the exact price and previews the next discount tier as you drag.
How Billing Works

Choose a plan.
Free (personal email + captcha) or Pro ($5.00 one-time via Stripe or NOWPayments crypto). Stripe's processing fee is passed through at cost as a separate line item.

Get your API key.
Shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address on file. Pro keys start with 400,000 requests.

Use your requests.
Free: 1,000 per day, resets at midnight UTC. Pro: drawn from your prepaid balance, no daily cap.

Watch for 80% emails.
At 80% usage we send a single-use top-up link. If auto top-up is on, the next pack buys itself when your balance falls below the threshold you chose.

Top up when needed.
Pick any amount between 5,000 and 100,000,000 requests on the top-up page. Pricing follows the tier table above.
Good to Know
- Two ways to pay. Go pay-as-you-go with a single $5.00 Pro key plus optional top-ups, or subscribe monthly for a bigger recurring allowance at the best per-request rate. Auto top-up only runs when you opt in, and you can disable it from any auto top-up email or the dashboard.
- Monthly spend cap. Auto top-up is bounded by a self-set ceiling (up to $5,000). When the rolling 30-day window crosses the cap, further top-ups pause until you raise it.
- Email alerts. Notifications fire at 80% usage and when an auto top-up runs (success, decline, or 3D Secure prompt).
- Refund policy. Digital service, so refunds are not standard. Real downtime on our side is credited as additional requests.
- Anti-abuse. Free keys require verifying a personal email address from a supported provider and a Turnstile captcha. We watch for multiple keys from the same address to keep the free tier viable.
