Meet the assistant
Wyzie support is now handled first by an AI assistant. It watches our Discord server and the dev@, hello@, support@ and [email protected] inboxes, reads your question, and replies quickly in your own language. A human on the Wyzie team is always behind it and steps in whenever needed.
How it works
When you message us, a quick check decides whether it is a Wyzie question worth answering. If it is, the assistant writes a reply grounded in our official docs, pricing, and live data, so it does not invent prices or policies. Email replies are reviewed by a team member before they are sent. In Discord it can reply on its own, and a human can always take over.
What it can help with
- API keys, pricing, billing, usage limits, providers, and AI translation questions.
- Looking up your own account, like requests remaining or recent payments, when you privately share your API key with it.
- Reading screenshots you send, so it can understand the errors you run into.
- Pointing you to the right place, like the free key, a Pro key, or the docs.
Where you can reach it
On Discord: direct-message the Wyzie bot, mention it in our server, or just talk in a support ticket. By email: any message to dev@, hello@, support@ or [email protected]. You do not need to do anything special, just ask your question as you normally would.
AI and your data
To understand and answer you, the content of your message is sent to a third-party AI provider (xAI, the maker of Grok) for processing. By contacting support you consent to this. In short:
- The text of your message, and any account details you choose to include, are sent to the AI provider to classify and draft a reply.
- Conversations and drafts are kept for up to 30 days for quality, debugging, and abuse prevention, then deleted.
- If you share an API key so the assistant can look up your account, the key is used only for that lookup and is never sent to the AI model.

Accuracy and limits
The assistant is helpful but not perfect, and its answers can occasionally be wrong or out of date. It is not a replacement for our docs or terms, and nothing it says is a binding commitment on its own. For anything important, please double-check, and a human will gladly confirm.
